Cloudifier

Cloudifier is a cloudifying agent that usually used in beverages. It is used to boost up the turbidity of the beverage. As the turbidity booster, a cloudifier can increase a beverage’s concentration.

Clouding agents or Cloudy Agent/Cloudifier are a type of food additive used to make beverages such as fruit juices to looked more cloudy, and thus more natural-looking and visually appealing, typically by creating an emulsion of oil droplets.
